Cancellation Policy:

Show tickets: free cancellation allowed at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Dolphin swim: booking changes or cancellations are not permitted.


Dolphinarium Rules:

1. No metallic items or anything that could harm the dolphins while swimming.
   
2. All jewelry and accessories must be removed: rings, earrings, bracelets, chains, hairpins, watches, piercings, swimsuits with metallic inserts, and even false eyelashes.
   
3. Swimming caps, goggles, and sunglasses are not allowed.
   
4. Guests with sharp, long, or artificial nails are prohibited from swimming.
   
5. Shower and life jacket are mandatory before entering the pool.
   
6. Do not use creams or lotions before swimming.
   
7. Swimming is forbidden for persons with infectious diseases, heart conditions, or psychiatric disorders.
   
8. Guests with open wounds, menstruating women, pregnant women, and persons over 90 kg are not permitted.
   
9. Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited before swimming.
   
10. Dolphins are sensitive — enter the pool carefully; no diving.
    
11. Do not touch the dolphin’s head.
    
12. Follow the instructor’s rules strictly.

Children aged 5–6 may swim only when accompanied by one adult (extra charge 500 THB).

The program lasts 20 minutes, including 10 minutes of actual swimming. The rest is preparation and briefing.
